Electric Love music Festival Workshops - 2026

Rhythm & Release Yoga

A guided yoga and somatic experience designed to let you connect with your body, mind and spirit. These 60 minutes will allow you to show up as you are - move, breathe, reconnect, recharge and release.

Find this workshop at The Nest on August 7, Friday at 1:00pm

Healing Strings & Sacred Sounds

Join Mindful Moon for a deeply restorative and immersive sound healing journey designed to help you recharge amidst the energy of the festival.

Kendra will guide participants through gentle breathwork while playing quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, while Quinton layers in ambient, psychedelic electric guitar to create a rich and expansive soundscape. These frequencies work to calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and bring the body into a state of balance and deep relaxation.

This experience invites you into a meditative, dreamlike state where you can rest, reset, and reconnect—many participants simply drift into a peaceful, restorative “sound nap.”

Please bring anything you need to get cozy: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster, floatie, crystals, or any personal items that help you feel comfortable lying down. Come as you are, settle in, and allow yourself to fully receive.

Join Kendra and Quinton at the Nest, Saturday August 8th at 1pm.

Somatic Yoga & Shake

Move. Shake. Release. Connect.

Buti Yoga is a high-energy fusion of yoga, tribal dance, primal movement, somatic movement, and deep core activation. Through intentional shaking, breath, and free movement, you’ll release tension, reconnect with your body, and express yourself without judgment.

Together we’ll move, sweat, laugh, and rediscover the power of authentic movement and community.

🔥 All levels welcome.

💜 Leave feeling empowered, grounded, and deeply alive.

Shuffle & Shapes Dance Workshop

This is a beginner-friendly shuffle and cutting shapes dance workshop that requires no dance experience! During this workshop you will be introduced to foundational shuffle and cutting shapes movement, including the running man, t-step, and diagonal running man. This dance style originated from rave/festival culture and is often danced to electronic music. You will learn a bit about the history of this dance and end the class with a group activity that embodies the culture around this dance.

Zoha has been shuffling dancing for 6+ years, learning from both national and international shuffle instructors who are well-known in the shuffle community. Alongside this, she has a dance background in hip-hop, jazz funk, house and now heels. She consistently trains in these dance styles and you can see their influence when she combines them into her shuffle flow.

Ancient Egyptian Yin Yoga

The Ancient Egyptians did not only practice balance; they were devoted to it through the teachings of Ma’at, the sacred principle of truth, harmony, order, justice, and universal balance. Through this workshop, we will infuse Ancient Egyptian wisdom with traditional Yin Yoga, as we balance ourselves through gentle nourishing movement; meditation and epically curated playlists - we not only learn to be with ourselves in pure observation; we also get to practice and embody equanimity (life is as foul as it is exquisite).  The more we embody equanimity, the more spaciousness we create. In this spaciousness, we can practice more curiosity, develop deeper connection to our fellow humans, open our hearts, build resilience and with all that - we can alter consciousness; leading a different era - one of love and connection.

Join Eman at the Zen Den from 9:00am-10:00am on Saturday, August 8th.
